Let's face it: the life sure isn't always sun shines and rainbows. Some people get so down they find it challenging to even dream of a better life and future. They are stuck in their loop, victims of their environment and talked down by people around them.
Some really have been victims. Their heart is gold, but bad circumstances and accidents have made them suffer so much.
Many of us get trapped into our own mind listening to the everlasting story of our fears, judgments, and predictions of failure. What if this, what if that, better just stay still and not care at all.
Why haven't I changed already?
There is also something else common to many of us.
If we all had a chance to change our lives, push all bad things in our life away and start reconstructing ourselves and our lives to fit our needs, hopes and goals, we would.
Why won't we though? Why won't we just stop, say this is enough, and start the change?
When you're long enough in the same situation and environment, you get used to it, and you actually grow into it. And things you get used to as certainties, are like bad habits; even if you'd change the direction for a while, so often you'll find yourself from where you left.
Furthermore, it's sadly really typical to feel the urge to change only after already hitting the rock-bottom. When things seem okay, or bearable, people tend to keep on going and surviving. Only after bigger mental or physical catastrophes many start to wonder: "okay, this isn't working, I need to change things". These revelations happen kind of somewhat too late.
Oh, how irritating and familiar that is for many.
Likewise it is seemingly unfamiliar to start improving and making huge changes in life, when life feels okay and the spirit is well-adjusted. It's then, when it might be difficult to find areas of improvement, but when the change would be much easier.
Either the case, change is relatively easy, when you do it with someone who carries out positive life changes professionally.
What happens after changing for better?
I have close people who talk a lot of their "old me's". What they used to be. And they always add how happy and grateful they are for not being that person and in that past situation anymore.
What did they have in common to make the change happen?
They all in their own ways decided that's it, I'm not tolerating this anymore, I deserve better, I want to fix myself and my life, because this isn't me and this isn't the life I want. They had and have that flaming sparkle in their hearts.
You must have it too. Even if you wouldn't recognize it now.. you have it.
And they listened to that sparkle, and gave it just a little bit of fuel. And it burst out in flames.
Now they have a better life, they look gorgeous, have own businesses, smile and laugh a lot, and make sure they never let anyone make them feel small about themselves - especially they know how to prevent themselves from talking themselves down.

How do you know I could change to achieve better life?
Because there are no limit or barriers preventing you from getting what you want. It may seem like it, but they're in your mind.
And that's not your fault.
It's just that we aren't taught at schools about our thoughts, emotions, structure of motivation, habits, beliefs, conscious and subconscious mind.
About all things that really matter about whether we feel able or unable, happy or sad, on the move or stuck.
