Hypnotherapy sessions

In hypnotherapy the hypnotist guides the client to states of deep relaxation, focused attention and increased suggestibility. While the client is relaxed the hypnotist influences the subconscious mind. For instance, he gives new guidelines, affirmations, suggestions and orders regarding the wished goal. In addition, the hypnotist also transforms negative habits, beliefs and memories to diminish or step aside. The purpose is they wouldn't be blocking to achieve the intended goal anymore. First hypnotherapy session

First session will include 20-30 minutes consultation, few tests, and the hypnotherapy-part.

Consultation is for finding out your desired goal, why it hasn't actualized yet, and what factors in your life might be important relating the wished outcome.

Tests are simply to finding out your level of receptivity to hypnosis and suggestions, and finding out the best way to achieve the best result.

Hypnotherapy-part is the practical part. Firstly, you will lie down, and with the aid of the hypnotist allow yourself to relax. When your level of relaxation is deep enough, you're in hypnosis. Secondly, the suggestion therapy comes in. Still maintaining deep relaxation you will be guided to think and visualize matters. They will alter your old way of thinking about your goal. Hypnotist will treat the mind's blocks you've had in hidden subconscious level preventing to achieve your dreams.

Additionally you will receive powerful self-assuring suggestions, which will guide your subconscious to aid you in winning your mission. After the session

You will get the recording for yourself to listen to after a session. By repeatedly listening the recording you will both have an opportunity to relax daily and to strengthen those suggestions for your benefit.

Depending on your goal few more sessions are suggested, but in some cases only one session is enough. Check-up with a call or email after a week or two from the session is suggested. That is to make sure hypnosis really did help you.
