Very often we imagine being out of control when it comes to emotions and experiencing them. We understand that when we do or experience nice things, we feel good, and vice versa. However, emotions and thoughts are - if not consciously guided - very strongly automation.

Our minds and bodies get used to what exists and what is repeated after repetition. Our neural pathways are strengthened by the thoughts, feelings, and habits we are accustomed to handle a lot and / or strongly through our senses. Thinking and feeling become habits.

Did you know that it is possible to create a very strong positive emotion (or set of emotions) that is possible to experience and put to use in any situation you want to?

And if this positive feeling is stronger than the negative feeling, the negative feeling will actually disappear? A stronger feeling always wins.

It has been said that a problem cannot be solved in the same emotional state in which it was born. The ability to move to a better, more intact state of emotion also enables more effective problem solving.

So what is this about?

We can make you one of the basic technique of NLP (Neuro-Linguistic-Programming): the anchor of positive feeling.

The anchor is a trigger, a memory trace. Your body will remember that when you use the anchor, you are supposed to feel certain emotions attached to it.

You can attach to it any wonderful emotions you can imagine: joy, courage, peace, confidence, bliss, etc.

And once you get to practice this, you will be able to do it and strengthen it in the future by your self.
